Started with three years of accountant and auditor activity as corporate and fiscal consultancy services, my professional path moved to an Engineering / Defense&Aerospace company multinational experience, initially as Contract Manager, then enhanced as Program Manager, evolved finally into a critical role of a large worldwide program as Cost Control Manager and Process Reengineering Manager in the Carbon Fiber technology airplanes’ production.

Having progressively achieved increasing responsibilities on business profitability (margins, revenues), the current role has enlarged the outlook till the coordination of the complete Opex and Capex budgeting and reporting processes, together with the classical interfaces of CFO and Industrial Controllers, for different regional plants.

My experience also touched the Contract Management and Contract Claim Management, as well as the Contract Changes Management, in the public (Govern) and private sectors. I’m currently executive assistant to the Co-COO Head of Operations. I’m focused on the planned Restructuring Plan for market repositioning of the company.


Experience

2005 - current Alenia Aeronautica (Finmeccanica Group)
Worldwide Aerospace&Defense engineering and industrial player, for military and civil aeronautical product platforms. Operating with 12,000 people, 12 Production Plants, with a 2011 turnover of ~2.5 Billions Euro

Responsibility: - Cost Breakdown Structure architecture and deployment
- Budgeting, Planning & Control (Opex & Capex)

- Supply Chain de-risking (double-triple source optimization)
- Industrial Earned Value and EBIT management

Main results: - Budget/Forecasting Functional Planners cut (30%)
- Forecast guidances’ revision for P&L direct / indirect cost assembly (Ebit +1%)

- Paperless billing, invoicing cultural mindset and ERP enhancement

2008-2010 Program Manager (Alenia Hellas SA & Lockheed Martin Alenia LLC Georgia)

Responsibility: - Completion, Delivery and Invoicing of Contract Milestones
- After Sales Logistic & Engineering MRO Services management
- Contract Management (including Offset benefits) on site
- Cash-Flow Contracted Plan renegotiation for prices and escalation formulae

Main results: - Achieved 70% of Total Cash Flow before Greece financial ‘default’
- Achieved ‘quarantine’ of Contract missed Milestones and Damages through
Offset and Award of MRO Military Services in single source (Ebit +2%)

- Billing, Cash Flow Management, Letter of Bank Guarantees
