Lorenzo Lerra

Having successfully accomplished the high school in computer science in 1994, Lorenzo Lerra started the study of physics at the University of Milan, choosing one of the most mathematical and formal branch in physics, the study of non-linear dynamical systems.
He accomplished his studies exposing the original script named “The Average Theorem for Partial Derivative Equations”, which ensures him the highest evaluation (110/110 con lode).
Even though he has looked for a career as physicist or mathematician he had to undertake at first a different career, being research and development severely penalized in Italy.
Thus Lorenzo had been introduced to information technology as Java application developer, especially skilled in massive database-inquiry. Both UML techniques and Database Design concepts were heavily used in this context.
Since the end of 2003 Lorenzo has begun a technical advisor for the PeopleSoft Enterprise One platform, role which has granted him an exhaustive understanding of the business and management processes underlying the development area.
In fact these consultive experiences has tough him to solve problems both from a technical point of view and from a managerial/operational point of view. At last he has improved his technical, analysis and team-working skills, realizing furthermore to be ready to undertake a new international career, as physicist as possible.
