Angjelin Mingu

Born in Berat, Albania, in 1963.

Finished the Tirana University, Albania in 1986 in the Industrial Economics Faculty. From that time employed in the maritime transport sector, first with the National Shipping Company up to 1998 and with an UN Agency onwards.

On 1994-1995 attended the studies in the IMO-created World Maritime University in Malmoe, Sweden, obtaining the Master of Science Degree in Shipping Management (Commercial Stream).

From that time dedicates the free time to collecting and maintaining the database of the passenger shipping sector in Albania, which helped in the follow-up of the work for preparing the on-line Doctorate, submitted to the St.George University on 2002, awarded by the PhD Degree.

Cooperates with specialized shipping magazines and publishes news about Albanian maritime transport activities.
