CRM is a business strategy designed to optimise profitability, revenue and customer satisfaction. CRM technologies should enable greater customer insight, increased customer access, more effective customer interactions, and integration throughout all customer channels and back-office business functions. To realise CRM, businesses must foster behaviours — and implement processes and technologies — that support co-ordinated customer interactions in all customer channels.
