Definizione di Social software

A social software is an enabler of social interaction, collaboration and information sharing, promoting the growth of communities as users groups. The wide range of social software includes many objects that can be used for this scope. For this reason, a Second Life’s island has the same possibility to be tagged as social software as well as the “C/C” function on a simple e-mail manager software.
