Monia Martini

4-year Scouting together with 13-year Playing Volleyball have been the preamble for a deep interest in team-building and interpersonal dynamics. I spend lots of time reading about philosophy, human and social development, with particular focus on how to improve effective communication and negotiation for win-win solutions. Writing is a true passion, and I also enjoy museums and cultural events.
Beginning with study abroad programs through working abroad experiences, I satisfied personal curiosity for cultural diversity. As a natural and desired consequence, I developed a capacity for adaptation to very diverse contexts, learning to deal and communicate with people across the world.

My preferred field of work relates to policy for development of SMEs, including CSR (Sustainable Development framework).

As further experience I would like to mention the following:

- Monthly collaboration with Channel Partner, specialized magazine for IT distribution and communication;
- Speaker to the 2007 AIESEC National Preparation Seminar (Sustainability Day), Constructions and Sustainable Development, Amara - Romania, November 2007 – Also, facilitator and project evaluator for the working groups;
- Speaker to a conference organized by Gruppo Antimuffa - Youth cultural association Development Interventions: Experience in Burkina Faso, Florence - Italy, December 2005
