Supply Chain Management for Moving House

In this final project we want to analyse the Supply management chain and to show some example of firms that uses it. Through the main logistical procedure we will analyse the main problems of transportation and the most relevant industrial costs. The first case that we decide to analyse is the firm: Marshall industries. We will analyse the industrial cost of transportations by trucks and we will try to solve some problems and to suggest alternative kind of transports or alternative ways to refill the trucks.
The main objective of this final project is to analyse the logistical procedure of the Supply Chain Management and the industrial cost and when it's possible to try to suggest a way to reduce the industrial cost, this goal will be achieved thanks to many trials.

3 ABSTRACT In this final project we want to analyse the Supply management chain and to show some example of firms that uses it. Through the main logistical procedure we will analyse the main problems of transportation and the most relevant industrial costs.
