Social Reaction to the Information

3 In the book the questions, connected with the relation to the social information and the formation in man and his formations (public, production, state) of the system of social reaction to the information, which facilitates orientation under the conditions of the society are examined. The book is subjected to the philosophers, the psychologists, the sociologists, the political scientists, the specialists in the region of scientific information, workers of the political system of the state for control, instructors, and students of the high schools. The phenomenon, which we call social reaction to the information, attracts attention of researchers by its bright manifestation in the contemporary conditions, because of the complex social processes in the development of society, by the caused scientific technical progress, by the perception of social information from conditions and situations of the economic, political, production, scientific, cultural and everyday spheres of life. This circumstance constantly generates the new social information, connected with the ratio to it of man and his formations, expressed in the social reaction to the information as such, from one side, in the tendency to govern and under the actual conditions for control of the process of social reaction to the information - with another. In this case in the science goes the continuous search for answer to the question, how works the mechanism of consciousness, which includes at the level of man, as we understand, the mechanism of response to the information. We proceed from the fact that the reaction in the society as in nature, the same natural entity, as information. In this case the study of response to the information in the society itself shedding light on specific laws which governing the formation of the information, predominantly social, that in turn influences on the development and the special features of the behavior of man and his formations, to the social processes and the social development as a whole, to control and self-guidance in the society.
